Jackson Mugisha (born December 30, 1987), better known by his stage name MOOGS or Moogs EliteFam, is a British-Tanzanian artist. A member of the music group the Elite Fam, he is also a member of Urban Pulse Media Records team. Elite Fam EP volume one, released in 2009, was Moogs first mixtape with Elite Fam, and he is looking to complete a mixtape called ''No Barriers''.

Still an underground artist, Moogs is slightly gaining fame with his music and because of his diversity and a unique style of lyrical flow, He has earned various accolades following EP volume one with Elite Fam, including perfomance alongside a number of UK's big artist and deejay names such as Egypt, Funky Dee, Ras Kwame, Dj Rampage, 2Xclusive Ent, John and Edward (from Xfactor) and so many more.
